Your order will be shipped with DHL/DPD/GLS/TNT/FEDEX or UPS. You will receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation so you can track your order. The courier delivers the parcel personally to you. If the package is not too large, it can also be delivered in your mailbox.

Our shipping costs are different for all countries. You can see the shipping costs in the check out. Small items such as apparel, fins, etc. have a fixed shipping cost of 6,95euro to all EU countries. In every product description you can find all the dimensions of the product. That way you can already get an idea about the size you need.

No problem! You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days, without having to have a valid reason. Only refundable when product is new and in it's original packaging. Please contact  us at  bark@softdogsurf.com   and we help you as soon as possible.

We can credit your refund or create an exchange order to send the right size or a different model. You are king here so we, your minions, will help you as much as possible!
